Which is denser and more appropriate for saddle, pins, bone or black horn.? Any advantages to the bone? |

Bone is quite a bit denser and gives a little brighter sound. Black horn mellows the sound some. They both sound good, just different. The twins that I used bone on sound really good but are not as bright as the one with bone. BTW, Bob This is not off topic. YOu'll get more response if you post on the main forum. Ron |
